Leng has over 22 years experience working in private practice and has a special interest in treatment of headaches and migraines, facial and jaw pain, spinal pain, tendinopathies, shoulder pain and exercise rehabilitation including pilates-informed exercises.

Leng graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 1998 and completed her postgraduate training in Sports Physiotherapy in 2002. She was accepted into the Golden Key Honour Society, a society that recognises high academic achievement and excellence.
Leng has worked in a variety of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy settings gaining vast experience in the treatment and management of common and uncommon musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She has also worked extensively in orthopaedic pre and post operative rehabilitation in hospital and private clinics.
Leng has a special interest in treatment of headaches, migraines and facial pains. She was fortunate to work with and mentored by internationally recognised headache practitioner Dr Dean Watson as part of “The Headache Clinic” from 2006 and 2010. She incorporates Dr Watson’s headache treatment technique that has been verified by clinical research for the treatment of headaches and migraines with a more holistic approach to management to help empower patients to stay on top of their pain long term. She has also done further training in the assessment and treatment of Temporamandibular Joint (TMJ) pain including management of musculoskeletal related ear pain.
She has over 20 years experience in exercise rehabilitation in home, gym and specialised studio settings. She has undergone extensive training with injury rehabilitation including the use of pilates-informed rehabilitation exercises for back-neck pains, postural pains, sports injuries, work injuries, pre and post natal conditions and orthopaedic rehabilitations. She also has a special interest in shoulder treatment and tendinopathies of the upper and lower body and keep up to date with knowledge in these areas.
When she is not busy working and running her practice, Leng is a mother to two girls and enjoys spending time with her family and friends and likes reading, walking and Pilates.
