EXPERIENCED & PERSONALISED CARE

Optimise Physiotherapy is a personalised, high quality physiotherapy practice in the south end of the city of Adelaide, South Australia. It is on the corner of Pulteney Street and Gilles Street, and is on the ground floor of the Chelsea apartments, which is adjacent to the beautiful grounds of Hurtle Square.

Our clinic specialises in specific individualised therapeutic exercise prescription and hands-on manual therapy. Our difference is our genuine care and follow-up, you will not feel you are just “another patient” to us. Our physiotherapist combines postgraduate training, extensive experience, deep knowledge of pain science and up-to-date research to offer you the best possible care and treatment for your specific pain problem.

Our practice name “Optimise Physiotherapy” and our logo represents our commitment to assisting you in achieving your optimal health and well being. We understand that everyone has different pain problems and different goals (eg. to be fit, to play sports better, to work without pain, to be pain free to enjoy life to the fullest), each of which are personally important. We at Optimise Physiotherapy provide long initial and follow-up consultations to allow thorough assessment and explanation of your pain problem, to effectively treat your pain and to implement strategies to achieve your goals.
